Booking Conditions

Before confirming a booking, we recommend that you carefully read the following terms and conditions.

WE Tarifa S.C is a civil company registered in Spain with CIF number J13906029, operating commercially under the name of WE Tarifa S.C, hereinafter referred to as WE Tarifa S.C.


Prices

The prices shown on the WE Tarifa S.C. website are per dwelling and per night, unless otherwise stated. All prices are in Euros, unless otherwise stated.

Prices include all applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change at any time without affecting existing bookings, except for any changes in legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities.

Prices will indicate the amount for the complete cleaning of the property before and after the arrival and departure of each guest; Prices include property maintenance, cost of water, electricity, gas and internet, customer service during office hours.

Extras such as cots, high chairs, etc. are available upon availability and at no extra cost.


Booking Conditions

After you have made a booking for one of our accommodations, you will receive a written confirmation with the dates and prices of the accommodation you have booked, the terms of payment and any additional services you have booked. You will receive a confirmation explaining how to get to the accommodation where one of our staff will be waiting to give you the keys to the accommodation, show you around and answer any questions you may have.

Payment Methods and Booking Fees

To make a booking, you must pay the booking fee to reserve the accommodation. Payment of these booking fees will formalise your contractual relationship with WE Tarifa S.C.

Terms of payment:

- The pre-booking fee corresponds to 30% of the total price of the booking, depending on the accommodation. It will be charged immediately after booking.
- Once paid, fees and deposits are non-refundable (except for the periods stated in our cancellation policy and according to the percentage indicated).
- The remaining balance must be paid by cash, bank transfer or credit card on the day of arrival. Please contact us if you require special payment conditions.

- If you booked your flat or property through a third party provider (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, etc.), please note that you are subject to the terms and conditions of that third party provider, whether for payment, booking or cancellation.

Change of Booking in general: we cannot change a booking after it is confirmed. However, if you wish to change any aspect of a booking, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us by email: info@wetarifa.com.

We will do our best to help in any way we can.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@wetarifa.com.

The following cancellation fees apply:

- Within 5 days prior to arrival: Non-refundable.

- 13 - 6 days prior to arrival: 30% refund.

- 29 - 14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.

If, due to circumstances, the flat is not available for occupancy, WE Tarifa S.C. reserves the right to relocate you to alternative accommodation with similar characteristics at no additional cost.

If for any reason we are unable to relocate you or provide alternative accommodation, WE Tarifa S.C. reserves the right to relocate you at no additional cost.


If WE Tarifa S.C is unable to find a substitute place, the booking will be cancelled and a full refund will be given. However, if a booking is cancelled due to causes attributable to the guest or their personal circumstances, the booking fee will not be refunded.

Access to the Accommodation

Check-in

Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the accommodation, but as a general rule, check-in time is from 16:00 on the first day of booking confirmation, regardless of the time of arrival. We do our best to reduce waiting times.

In cases where the accommodation is available before the stated check-in time, we will try to allow you to check in earlier. If you experience a change in travel plans or arrival time in Tarifa or have an unexpected event that prevents you from arriving at your accommodation at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to arrange a new time.

Please inform us about 30 minutes prior to arrival at the flat, so that we can make sure we are there to meet you. On or before your arrival, you must sign a police register including your surname, first name and passport details. This procedure is compulsory for guests over 15 years of age, in accordance with current Spanish legislation. Any guest who refuses to do so will not be granted access to the property without this procedure. To expedite this mandatory formality, WE Tarifa S.C. will send you a link to the Online Check in, prior to your arrival.

Late Arrival

Check-in outside the established welcome time will be subject to the following charges: 40 euros. This amount must be paid in cash on arrival.

Departure from the accommodation / Check out

In general, check-out and return of keys is before 10:00 / 11:00 depending on the property on the last day indicated on the booking confirmation.

Please ensure that you return all copies of keys received to your contact person.

Upon request and always subject to availability, check-out time can be extended. For example, if you require additional time in the flat due to a late flight, we will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the flat is not occupied and/or cleaned.

Cleaning and Bedding

Full cleaning is provided before and after the departure of new guests.

Weekly cleaning is not included. Additional cleaning can always be arranged at an additional cost. Thorough final cleaning is included in the price, but we kindly ask our guests to leave the property in a tidy condition, remove rubbish and clean dirty dishes as a courtesy to our cleaners and future guests.

Special Requests

We aim to meet the needs of our guests. Please contact us if you need an additional service or special request. We will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Persons with reduced mobility A limited number of accommodations in our portfolio are easily accessible and may be suitable for special needs. If you need more information, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to assist you.

Number of Guests and rules of cohabitation

The maximum number of guests allowed in a flat is indicated in the descriptions of each accommodation. For health and safety reasons, it is not permitted to use the accommodation for more guests than the number of guests indicated on the booking confirmation.

None of the houses rented out by WE Tarifa S.C. allow parties, parties, parties, groups of people and the entry of people other than those registered in the reservation.


At WE Tarifa S.C. we want our guests to enjoy their stay. We ask everyone to behave in a respectful and social manner, both at home and with neighbours.

Please note that although you are on holiday, you will be staying in a private property surrounded by locals. If for any reason there is a complaint, claim or complaint from neighbours or the relevant authority about the behaviour of one or more guests, you may be asked to leave the property and there will be no refund. In addition, any damage or breakages will be deducted from the deposit or charged to the means of payment indicated as security. Please note that most communities in Spain have their own rules with which guests must comply.

Failure to comply with these rules may constitute grounds for termination of the contract by WE Tarifa S.C ; and reserves the right, if deemed necessary, to expel guests not confirmed in the original booking.

In general, we ask that you do not:

- Damage furniture or property.

- Make noise after 23:00 at the entrance of the house, inside the house, on the terrace or in the common areas.

- Disturb neighbours by opening/closing doors, carrying suitcases, etc.

- Having noisy parties or parties in the flat.

- Organising illegal activities on the premises.

- Smoking on the property (Violating this rule results in a fine of €100,-).

- Bringing pets onto the property.


Please note that:

- The owner of the accommodation (or WE Tarifa S.C on behalf of the owner) reserves the right to remove the guest(s) without refund if the rules of the property are not followed.

- WE Tarifa S.C is not responsible in case of theft or accident on the property.

- WE Tarifa S.C. is not responsible for noise generated by urban works, road works, alterations or construction of new buildings and other disturbances caused by external factors.

- WE Tarifa S.C. is not responsible in case a specific property is not suitable for occupation due to violence, elderly, force majeure, etc.

- Some flats or features may be changed, replaced or removed at any time without notice.

- Pets Please note that pets are not allowed in our accommodation. If you are travelling with a guide dog (e.g. visually impaired, police dogs, etc.), please contact us before booking so that we can find suitable accommodation for you.

- Complaint: if you have any complaints during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve them immediately. WE Tarifa S.C. will not accept any complaints made after your stay. We will always do our best to resolve any complaints that may arise as efficiently as possible. Please note that an official Andalusian government complaint form is available on request.


Accommodation Changes

In case of changes in the booked accommodation due to force majeure, fortuitous event, maintenance problem, etc., WE Tarifa S.C. reserves the right to change the assigned accommodation for another of an equivalent or higher level to the booked amount, with your approval, or to proceed to refund the total cost of the booking.

Responsibility

- WE Tarifa S.C ; assumes no responsibility for loss or misplacement of luggage, theft, damage or accidents not related to the management of WE Tarifa S.C ; itself. - The guest undertakes to make good use of the rented accommodation, thus exempting WE Tarifa S.C ; from any liability; the guest can be held liable for damages caused intentionally or otherwise by improper use of the accommodation.

- WE Tarifa S.C. reserves the right to update any of these terms at any time if necessary in accordance with WE Tarifa S.C.'s activity.

- The protection of the personal data of users by WE Tarifa S.C. is in accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of Protection of Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.

- These terms and conditions and/or general conditions are governed by Spanish law.


- WE Tarifa S.C and users to resolve any dispute that may arise with respect to its validity, execution or termination, in whole or in part, submit, expressly waiving their jurisdiction or others that, where appropriate, may correspond to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Cadiz.

- This contract constitutes the complete and entire agreement between WE Tarifa S.C and the user, and supersedes all previous commitments, representations or agreements, written or oral, that have previously existed between them.

The reservation of an accommodation with WE Tarifa S.C, regardless of the channel used for the booking, implies acceptance of these general and cancellation conditions.
